My experience is that talking to people is extremely important, and I believe that talking, see and acknowledge a person is kind of being a head of “bad” mental health.

In the last year with pandemic and lock downs mental health has been more than buzz words, and of course more people have been affected. I always have faith in mentoring and what that can do, and mentoring is doing the three key things; talk, see and acknowledge…

Mentalhealth.gov says that Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected.

So go out to find a mentor, it could be a friend, someone in the family or at your school. At first its not that important which mentor, its more important to get one. And after a while you can start finding another mentor if you want that.
